Summer Peak Rates will apply 8 December to 6 January incl.

Please note that rates are seasonal and subject to change without notice.

A 50% deposit is payable on confirmation of all bookings.

Cancellation Policy and Terms

Bookings must be cancelled 3 days in advance of your arrival date.

Cancellation Fees:
3 days - 50%
5 days - 10%
Less than 36 hours - 100%

Please note that once a reservation has been made any changes (such as a reduction of days or changes of dates or change of room type) is deemed a cancellation of the original reservation and as such the deposit is forfeited - the application of it to the altered booking is entirely at our discretion. Changes such as additional days are not deemed cancellations and therefore if the accommodation is available the deposit is carried forward.

In the event of a no show or a cancellation with less than 36 hours notice prior to the date of arrival, an amount equivalent to 100% of the total booking value will be charged.

A deposit by cheque or EFT transfer is requested.

Bookings must be guaranteed by confirmation fax or email.

At weekends there is normally a requirement for a minimum of 2 nights stay. However please ask for availability of 1 night stays.

During Christmas, Easter and New Year a minimum 3 Nights stay is normally required.

Standard Check-in is from 2pm (14.00) and no later than 8pm (20.00) . For pre-advised and unavoidable arrivals after 8pm (20.00) - arrangements can be put in place. For arrivals before 2pm (14.00) luggage can be stored.

Check out Monday to Sunday is by 10.00am ~ an extended checkout may be available by arrangement.
